    Sounds more like the drums need to be replaced.

        Even if we choose single color cyan or yellow we get magenta all over the page. Black and white is fine

          The transfer rollers for all 3 colors are raised together therefore during B/W the ITB belt is not in contact with any color drum.

            I would try a transfer belt unit.

              Ok tried different transfer belt. Same result , magenta drum getting coated . Could it be a bad high voltage power supply?

                    I would check the ground contact for both the drum and the and development units. If there is developer in the coating on the drum, you will also need to replace the developer.

                      If you have solid magenta background then you do not have charge on magenta drum.
                      Check primary corona voltage and hvps.
