    mp 2501

I replaced opc drum and blade(genuin) but after abot 1000 copies black lines on copies . So i replaced aGAIN opc and blade . But after 1 month (about 1k copies again) dark lines appeared on copies due to drum . I checked to find the cause but everything looked ok.The same problem appeared with an 2000 machine . To which i replaced it four times!!! And i couldn't find the problem.

YEAH! why replace the OPC..blade and not charge roller/corona?

***** lil trick..... keep some " Nu-Finish " car polish in your bag (orange bottle .. black label ) clean your charge rollers ( harder rubber.. not foam ) just a dab every couple inches...buff it out.. may take 2 tries *****

      STOP changing OPC's!

You really should consider doing something else.

Not everybody is capable of understanding English, nor have they a large budget to work with like you guys!

                    Budget??
I think I can speak for everyone here that none of us has a budget to just keep replacing drums every 1,000 pages just because! He's the one wasting the money!
It would seem to me that it would help his budget immensely if he paid attention to the people trying to help, and responded with some feedback on the results, and didn't just keep replacing drums improperly every 1 - 2000 pages and expecting a different result. That is, afterall, the definition of insanity.
