      did you check that lever that locks the black drum and brings the ITB closer to drum?
      I had this and it gave me an undertoned copy/print.
      It would lock over but it didnt go correctly. took it apart and played with it

        If the calibrations ACC printout sheets looks normal, i would also check user tools - > scanner and copy/document server settings. Check and set the parameters to default. Do a scan with a color/bw test chart to the document server and have a look to the preview if it's ok or not.
