ricoh pro c5200s shows jam but theres no jams

this machine shows that there is a paper jam. but if you open it and check there is no paper jams. and when you close the large capacity tray that it is pulling paper from it will start printing again. the large capacity is the LCIT RT4050. has anyone had this issue and found a fix?

have you:
cleaned the sensors?
cleaned the pick/sep rollers?
what is the jam code?
is the LCIT properly set for the size of paper?
checked the life on the feeds in SP?
have you watched the sensor test in SP?
was there a tech out there before you?
