    Pro C5110s -Accessories not visible

    None of the finishing options: punch, Finisher, show up on the OP Panel. Jams at the Decurler. They have power.

      How have you proved "they have power". It sounds like a break in your daisy chain of accessories or...one isn't getting power.

          Are you printing directly or through a server? If through a server, the accessories have not been setup on the server.

              Would be nice to know:

              Which of the finisher options are installed(SR 4090/SR 4110/SR 4100?)
              Were the finisher options working and then suddenly, one day the options were gone from the op panel?

              Sounds like power supply or connector issue to me.............................
