    Thanks for your help guys. Always worth a go just in case someone has found a way around it. I do not deal that much with Ricoh but l have managed to sort this issue with various Canon Machines.

    No, they use different controller. My last information: MPC 2500 = B2315781 MPC 3000 = B2385781
