I thought I already posted this, yet the site says I haven't posted anything yet, so if this is a duplicate I apologize:
Hello all,
I am a former IT Specialist for many years, changed careers and am now a Doctor of Chiropractic. I have an old Ricoh copier under the name Lanier LD016 and I recently broke off the LIGHT BLUE fuser guide plate (Part No. PET-GF-K-FR<RE19051) trying to clear a major paper jam. :/ I ordered the part thinking it would be easy to replace, but it looks like I might break this one trying to install it and was wondering if anyone had some tips. I have the electronic field service guide for the copier that I downloaded last week, and it looks like I am going to have to remove the fuser assembly, but I was hoping for maybe a quick walk through from someone here if that is possible.
Thanks,
