ricoh aficio 1105 get slow

i have a problem in my aficio 1105, when i work on it hard the speed get slow and when it`s speed 105 ppm become 60ppm i don`t know what happend to it?

When the machine starts running hard the fusing unit needs to run more often. If it begins to need the lamps on constantly, the machine will intentionally slow down the machine to eliminate wear and tear on the parts. It could be something as easy as dirty thermistors. Have your servicing agent come look at it and see if it needs any maintenance.
