[CQ] Ricoh MPC Printing Issue

We have seen the following in multiple machines when we have printing quality issues. When printing out the auto color calibration sheet for the copy end, the color graph is perfect. However, when printing out the auto color calibration sheets for the different printing options, the color graph washes out in the center. Any ideas?

In this instance, we are talking about an MPC3502 but have seen it in other models as well. I have attached the samples this time. The first one is the copy side and the second is the Print side.
