I only work with the classic screens, but I know you can do it from the new scanner screens also. From the classic scanner screen Press [Send File Type / Name] and you can choose multi page tiff and then program as default as needed.

The setting for multi page TIFF does not appear:

That's what makes me wonder if there is an SP to change that.

Tiff is single page on all Ricoh I have ever used lately. Not sure about older models. And B&W only. If you go to color it makes a jpeg.

Looking at a machine we have here unless you have B&W set, Multi-page Tiff is greyed out.

          The manual states:
          Single Page [TIFF / JPEG]
          • Originals scanned in black and white are sent as TIFF files.
          • According to the settings specified for [Compression (Gray Scale / Full Color)] in the [Send Settings] tab under [Scanner Features], originals scanned in full color or gray scale are sent in one of the following file types:
            • [On] : JPEG file
            • [Off] : TIFF file

          Multi-page [TIFF] or [PDF]
          • When [Full Color: Text / Photo], [Full Color: Glossy Photo], [Gray Scale], or [Auto Color Select] is specified in the [Original Type] tab under [Scan Settings] and [Compression (Gray Scale / Full Color)] is set to [On] in the [Send Settings] tab under [Scanner Features], you cannot select [TIFF] under [Multi-page].
          • Even if you select [TIFF] under [Multi-page], files stored in JPEG format are automatically changed to multi-page PDF files and then sent.

So looks like it still isn't possible even on the newer kit.

Turn off full colour compression under send settings and VOILA, colour multi page TIFF.
