Need to go into the "Super Secret" service mode to rest the serial numbers. There is a listing of three there and they all three must match up. Two of the three can be changed.

        1. make sure u get correct cpm for this model. 30 and 35 is different controller.
        2. make sure machine serial is match. goto factory mode to change.

ran service mode /reset143c/c re typed in the sn in that was in the last one , into the other two sections, done, im not sure how the sn got changed from the first two , from the third , but its all good now
so if yo have this problem enter service mode reset143c/ hold the c and there will be three sn slots , make sure they all three match

Don't know what you mean here, must get rid of the SC995-01
                  entering on three places? Only see SP5811-002 and SP5811-004 . . .

                  given me a headache ....

You should not have to get into Factory Service mode as long as you followed the proper procedure the very first time power was applied after changing the BCU, Controller.

Set serial number on new BCU
                    Open the front cover.
                    1. Turn the power on. SC995-01 occurs immediately.
                    2. Make a note of the number that is displayed in SP5-811-005.
                    3. Enter the number that you noted in SP5-811-004.
                    4. Turn the power off.
                    5. Close the front cover
