Hi Team,
I am facing an issue with Ricoh MPC 2003 .
SC 670 and 664-03
updated latest engine firmware and cleaned all toner detection sensor. checked all the harness BICU, IO BOARD ETC.
Still, the problem remains.
if anybody faced the same issue kindly update.

SC670 was covered here @ CTN in March....
MPC2003 SC664-03,SC670 MPC 2003 - SC670-01

your service manual should cover those completely

Yes, I will do update all the firmware...Anyway I ordered the control board and Bicu.

6 month before I replaced the same ..again this same problem has repeated. So I have to put more time to investigate this.. anyway I ordered new control board and bicu.

hello, try to look at this bulletin if it can help you at least for sc664, unfortunately I only have it in Italian, but with some copy and paste and google translate the translation without problems
