You can replace the Ricoh MP 3352SP 2852SP 2352SP MPC3352 Drum Unit Part# D1203000 but you will also need to replace the

developer Part# B1219645.

OR you can rebuild the Drum unit(PCU) but you will need the following:

RICOH PMB20560K MAINTENANCE KIT - 60K

developer Part# B1219645
Drum part#B0399510

You get those dots from the drum cover that comes down when you open the right door. Typically when people clear jams from the vertical path, their hand will strike that cover and it puts divots in the drum surface. You can rebuild the drum unit or replace the PCU.
