    [Misc] noisy fuser in MP C2011,MP C2003sp

    i have a noisy fuser gear,it begins after a sleep or printing ,in MP c2011 and MP C2003 or any multifunction having same fuser shape??

      Fusing pressure release/exit motor motor.
      AX060435 is the part number.
      Maybe check the state of the fuser drive gear in the picture as well.

          i have checked the MOTOR and all gears of fuser,all in good shape,plus it work just fine but the noise is so loud

              the fusing unit will become noisy if the customer have used thick paper without indicating it on the machine.
              Even if he have does that for a few papers, it could end up making noise.

                  What Oze is referring to is that in operation the pressure roller release over shoots and has to cycle again, usually, multiple times.

                      Yep...and the resulting noise is quite loud and obnoxious.
                      The single motor controls fuser pressure release AND exit assy drive...a really dumb idea and we've had them fail a month after install.
                      Go into OUTPUT SP mode and test pressure release motor...turn it on/off and see if it makes the noise.
