    ricoh 3045

    I have a ricoh 3045 add toner light would not go out dev looked very grey changed dev ran set up copies nice and dark
    cust called 2 weeks later copie s light exchanged with a dev unit from a working machine worked for a week copies light again
    any ideas

      Toner is not making it from the bottle into the developer. Have fun.

          Somebody forgot to remove the bung from the dev.
          Happens all the time.

              Agree with slimslob. Check your toner supply assembly. There's an RTB for this models' toner supply unit.

                  Toner bottle motor dead
                  or wrong tonner bottle,so it does not hook to the motor
