Ricoh mp4001 (problem when detecting paper size)

Hi friends, I would like to know if someone has had this problem.
At the moment of copying an A4 document, from the ADF, the team sends us a message that loads A5 paper.

All sensors in the ADF are cleaned.
If the glass is used all right.
The problem only occurs when we copy from the ADF.

    Greetings.

Just being clean does not guarantee that they are functioning correctly.

Use input check mode for DF to test sensors, Tech 101.

        Hi there!
If nothing helps, change the df-cable.
        Greetings...

Did you do input check on the adf sensors?

If all are working properly, what type of originals do you have?

I had a support call for this only to find out, the document they are scanning are A4 LEF but some documents have a special cut on the lead edge causing the width detection sensors to detect incorrect size.

As dor our solution, we asked the to scan using batch. Good documents on the adf, special size on the glass.
          Aye! Cut the crap
