I said use individual modules not the package firmware. You have to download them separately from Ricoh. Package firmware only up dates those modules that are not at the current version. If a module is corrupted but at the current version it will not be replaced, so you will still have the corruption.

sir i use and tray the both ..firstly im downloaded engine sperately and system \copy spertly and tray to ubdata but its not working
