Changed the Black PCU twice? And by "itb and cleaning blade", do you mean you also replaced those? Have you checked the fuser? Transfer Roller? I Have had a label wrap around the PTR and cause a line like this. What's the color of the line? In the photo it just looks black/grey, which would point me to K PCDU or Fuser, but if it's a brownish color, then I would suspect ITB cleaning unit.

it seems from the itb cleaning unit or an adhesive on the itb surface.

maybe a lump of toner on the black development group, did you check?

Just yesterday I had 20mm wide streak on yellow on a 2503, turned out to be a buildup on the dev roller, worth checking.

pulled out developer unit. was a huge build up on it. i thank you for the help!!
