I might have read this wrong.
I think you can use a yellow pump in the black.
I think the only thing a bit different was the angle of the hose connection on the pump.
I never do these pump changes w/out my magnectic flashlite as i have big fingers and
always have issues connecting the connector..

I doubt that has anything to do with it.
As others have suggested, it's probably a toner supply problem This is from the MP C4000, but I'm sure it applies here too:

SC 362	TD error Cyan (VT high) - TD sensor defective.
SC 362	TD error Cyan (VT high) - PCU defective.
SC 362	TD error Cyan (VT high) - check harness and connections
SC 362	TD error Cyan (VT high) - check hose pump and clutch

I had bought a few working pulls from mpc 2500/mpc3000 pn B223-3551 for use in mpc2800/c3300/c3001 etc and they did not fit.
There are 2 different size clutches.
I just started using my spc830dn machines that i gutted everything and even found out the 2 tray deck is interchangeable on the mpc3002 series.
I cant see paying $200 for a transfer belt nor a fuser roller belt assembly when i can hit the "scrap bin",which i do
keep neat,all items safely wrapped and labeled....
It takes time but saves me big money.......

I check the black developer unit and the cooper bushing on the back of the developer unit its dirty and dont rubio very well the unit and comes the sc362 thanks

SC362 The Connector is not deep enough pluged in the development unit.

It is best if you replace the pump and hose as a set. If you order from Ricoh using the current part numbers, the pumps will come with the correct length hose for the color ordered.

Agree with that. Replacing them with new ones gives best results.

It is best if you replace the pump and hose as a set. If you order from Ricoh using the current part numbers, the pumps will come with the correct length hose for the color ordered.

i agree these pumps are "almost" the same"clutch a bit beefier" as the mpc2800/mpc3501 pumps and i have changed a few with fairly low meters.
I usually check the Vt reading and if its high it is under toned,as i recall it needs to be around 2.50.

There is a TSB for this machine with this problem. Clean toner supply tube and if that doesn't work replace toner pump.

Did you put the rear end cover back on the PCDU assembly and if so is the copper bias connector there and making contact?
