Is it print quality or only copies, if so clean optics. Did you do Sp 3-701 for K dev. Was it a new dev unit, PM counter for PCU?

Hey techs i have a problem light copies and i change the developer unit and Works fine one day and next day call my customer to tell me sane problem any help thanks.before this problem the machine asks for add toner normaly and the customer change it and working well but this time dont ask for toner and the quality its poor

Did you put the rear end cover back on the PCDU assembly and if so is the copper bias connector there and making contact?
