A model number would help. I looked at the c5502 PC and the HDD is listed on the controller page. If your machine does not have it listed there , it may have been an option (and an old machine).

Browse the Hytec dealer services website, key in your make/model, and you can find the actual part number there.... and buy a hard drive from them if you like. Sometimes they have really good sales.

I am looking to find out they type and size hard drive for a possible machine to purchase.
I looked thru all the electrical and accessory pages in my parts manual and saw no hard drive listed..
Is this somewhere new?
Or what type and size HDD needed on these

You'll probably find it in the product support guide version for that machine model

Have you tried looking at the manufacturer's label on the drive itself?

HDD size on copiers is irrelevant really, you can however simply fit a larger one.

Why is HDD size important to you?
