[Error Code] Fuser fuse for MP C2004ex - error code 544-02

Greetings To All

Fuser sleeve got damaged due to paper jammed and machine started giving error code SC 544-02.

We replaced compatible Sleeve but we need to add Reset Fuse in fuser module.

Can anybody please tell me exact rating of reset fused which can be use in MP C2004ex.

Ricoh used to tape a fuse to the bottom of the box that a new fusing unit came.

Slimslob is right you should of had the fuse in the box the sleeve came in. Hope you didnt throw it away.

Sir I agree with you. But I have not used original sleeve from Ricoh. Counter is just 4.5 k.
That's why I want to know specifications of fuse. Customer don't want to pay & was looking for alternative service provider. I had no better option

Wire up a switch as detailed in many past threads.

For future reference its 0.125 amp ( or 125mA)
