Aficio 3506-cyan color is missing

Please help, i have AF 3506, the 3 color black,magenta,yellow are ok
but cyan is missing, i checked already develoing unit to confirm if developer is present and is it. what do you think is the possibe cause.

506 color mising

Check the dev unit holders are not broken at both ends as it seems that the cyan dev unit is not making contact with the bias ppint at the front of the machine. this is in a form of a small ball spring loaded which contacts the dev pin on each unit as they rotate into position.
