I'd start with the maintenance parts before you throw sensors, boards, etc at the machine. Even if the machine hasn't reached the maintenance cycle, the parts can fatigue just by being in the machine.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

If you have already changed the developer then I would go for the drum next. I went around and around with a 1075 and changing the drum ( even though it looked ok )took care of the background.

Been caught with something simular on this model copier before. Tech swapped the drum in and out so quickly that the fuser didn't get below the tempreture trigger point for for the copier to go into process control. Copier then started producing copies with all its values set for a worn out drum. Customer never turned the copier off so it never went cold and auto processed controlled its self on start up. Result was a very confused tech a copier that gave worse copies then before he PMed it.

Ran SP 2962 Forced Auto Processed Control and it all came good.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

arızalarının geneli ID sensor voltaj yogunluklarını algılayamıyor.Eger drum corona ünit cl.balade ve Cleaning seal yüzeylerinde bir problem gözükmüyorsa ve yakın zamanda değişmişse benim size önerim drum shuft'ının makinenin drive systeminden ilk gücü aldığı dişlinin arkasında bir rulmam bulunur. bu rulman drum'ın topraklamasını sağlar. Zamanla rulman içerisinde iletkenlik bozulunca drum yüzeyine topraklama voltajları uygulanamaz ve copyanın zemininde siyahlık oluştuğu için ID sensor okumaması gereken yerde yogunluk görürse bu sorunlara sebep olur. Rulman 1N6001 tipi bir rulmandır

                      iyi çalışmalar
