Ricoh are going to be issuing an RTB telling us all to remove the 2nd cleaning blade from the Alex. Apparently it IS causing copy quality issues. So, next time you're at one of these god awful pieces of donkey arse, out it comes. I don't know if they will be doing it for the Adonis tho.
Also, there is a modified part number for the grub screw on the web gear, instead of ending with an "N" it now ends with an "E". If you are sending one of these things out, make sure you replace the screw with a new one, it'll save your techs a major headache like I had this morning, my 1.5mm allen key rounded the head off the old type. Gutted.
