Heating roller warm-up error. Check the thermistor. If okay then replace the fuser.

Like wishbone says, check and clean the thermistor. I could also be a failed thermofuse. Usually an easy repair.

Iv'e seen paper stuck in the fuser connector cause this plenty of times as well.
