MP 7001 transfer unit solenoid strange one.

So this a strange one guys, i went to a machine Ricoh MP 7001 for a jam j14 and the paper was jammed on the transfer unit, there i noticed that if you cleared the jam the next job it doesnt matter if it one or a 1000 copies the machine will work fine, but if you wait 10 to 15 seconds the next job will jam again the same thing.
i saw when the machine jams the transfer unit solenoid it dosent work so went to SP modes input and gave power, suprise suprise the solenoid its working fine,
but when the jam happens the solenoind doesnt work
The client has also a MP7500 so took the whole transfer unit from this machine, and its making the same pattern jam again and again one job the solenoid its working and the next one it s not.
so i changed the door switches as a start, cleaned the two paper feed registration sensors no luck at all, i am thinking of chaging the main board (if i can find one availiable).
    Any ideas guys??

does the problem follow the 7001 or the transfer unit, meaning when you swapped out transfer units did it fix the mp7001?

Jams 12-14 is usually caused by the registration mylars.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.
