[CQ] mpc 4502 black color quality

hello everybody .I have an mpc 4502 which has problem with black.Toner is not evenly distributed on the paper and i have white or more blacked areas.Please see atachment for details.black pcu has 75k.Thank you all in advance for your help.

What's the count on Development unit? Count on Transfer/ Sep. Roller? Have you cleaned the laser glasses? All the colors look a little grainy.

A worn out heat sleeve will give copy quality issues like this.

i had a sleeve do that too but it also gave me small smudges......
DO A SKY shot and stop it before fuser unit

117k black developer and transfer/sep.That's the total copy count .Yes i have cleaned the laser housing by removing it.Black is very grainy .Magenda has some grains also but not that much.

Yes the machine has been sitting for a long time but i made some....200 copies.nothing has changed.Did forced toner supply,several process controls,and cleaned laser housing as well as black unit.

I did a skyshot and...indeed.Unfused areas are ok.I cannot believe it.I will replace them and let everybody know the result.

Since the machine has been sitting for a while I would pull the pcdu's apart and clean the charge rollers. A good cleaning after a machine has been sitting for a while usually takes care of a lot of issues.

Color total 78997 and b/w total 43876

take out black pcdu and shake gently (keep horizontal!) 15 times (back and forth)...

What is the condition of your ITB unit? I can see colours bleeding over the black prints. Have you done calibration with these prints to try to get the machine to correct the undertaking/grainy image

you can set the machine to do single color and do a 2 inch sky shot and see the fill for cyan or yellow or magenta

How to enable single color mode - use SP5-618 change to 0

It was the fusing unit sleeve...Stil cannot beleive it .At 117k ,less than half of its life.That fusing unit...............Thank you very much for your help.
