I have changed both the TDCU/TDRB boards already, I don't know how to define the stepper motor, can you give me a photo of it or where to find it ?

From TonerMunkeh's post it should be obvious that the stepper motor referred to is the PTR Separation Motor.

so no manuals... don't have reasoning skills to discern where items could be in relation to problem.

I think you might be in over your head...

time to get off the bucks and hire a qualified tech!

I really don't understand end users that don't have the skills nor materials, thinking that they can do the job that a TRAINED tech with ALL the proper tools can do.

Yes you are totally Right , that's why I am asking for help here , because I hired Technical Department Manager in Our Country and he couldn't solve it . So I felt really down !

I mean IF I came to your copy shop... had NO IDEA how to create files for printing ... but I demanded you show me how to do it.... and took ALL day replying to your questions..with NO IDEA of what the fuck you are talking about....

And did he have manuals or did you hire an idiot. If you are going to try to work on Production model machines, it is very important that you have both a service manual and current parts catalog available. They are available online in PDF format, usually for under $20.00 US.
