IT Engineer one day<<< And that is your credentials..
you seem lost...some of here have been taking things apart and fixxing then from the time we could grasp a screwdriver...As a kid I took everything apart and taught myself how it works...
Now I have had copy shops in the past do minimal service but no way can they replace what doing this fulltime
as i do....I guess if I own some paper and a copier i have the credentials to open a copy shop............

I really appreciate all your thoughts, but not all people are the same, we are not in a country full of experts , most of people here are taking this job with (try and error technique) no Official Ricoh Partner ... I am not trying to save money .. it is Just I didn't find someone to give me a solution and I give him money, I already paid two technical engineers for nothing!!! I really didn't mean to bother you, but I thought I might have some help here.

Put your self in my shoes, My project is going to hell and I am trying to save it with any way I can get.

So please if anyone can help it will be great, thanks.
