Mpc3500 no black toner

Replaced black toner pump and tube, black drum and dv unit. Ran forced toner. I have the back off and can see it is adding through the tube yet still shows no toner for black. Also replaced black toner cartridge. If I do an sp3045 it will print fine then reboot after changing back and it will show a few bars of toner , make a few copies and it goes back to no toner!
also swapped end toner detection sensor.
What’s up with this?!?

If it works with SP 3045 turned off, leave it that way. The toner end detection sensor will still alert when the tone runs out. It also eliminates users wasting toner by replacing bottles just because the toner low message comes on.

Probably RFID board. Might as well just leave it turned off instead of wasting the money.

Ok so when it runs out of each color it just stops and makes them add it?

i think it will code out sc360 or so..if the toner level drops out...

When the toner end sensor on the back the toner bottle nozzle detects no toner coming out of the bottle, it will immediately go into a toner end condition.

I have run a number of Ricohs this way when the RFID chip is bad on a nearly full bottle. Once the bottle is empty and has been replaced, 3405 can be turned on.
