Ricoh Aficio 3030 Paper Jamming about halfway in fuser

I have a aficio 3030 and paper is jamming about halfway in fuser, when I pull the paper put of the fuser the first half of the paper has fused print but the other half is unfused and the print just wipes off the paper, messy trying to figure out the issue haha. But I was wondering what you guys think the issue may be, I was thinking one of the rollers in the fuser might be the cause but was unsure which one and also not sure if that might fix the issue or not. I tried both paper trays which have the same problem, when i use the side paper try it seems like sometimes it will print the first page correctly but the second page would always jam. Might just be fluke but figured I would add that. Also, it appears that the paper is jamming in the same spot, when i go to pull out the jammed paper it looked like the same amount of paper was always sticking out of the fuser, i never measured it but it looked like that was true from sight. pull fuser.. try turning gears by hand.. do they turn somewhat easy or hard to turn or check fuser exit sensor since first page exits.

What are page counts on the service parts?
how many total pages?
did you clean the machine? sensors?

check your service manual for any jams codes

The first page has came out before but 95% of the time the first page jams, I have never cleaned any sensors and the service parts all have over half of the life remaining. I check the the gears when I am there, if the gears are hard to turn can the fuser be opened and the gears fixed and where is the fuser exit sensor located can it be reached once the fuser is out? I checked the jam codes when the first happened and it did not help.

Are you referring to a sensor on the copier or the sensor which is actually on the fuser itself?

1. Is the paper tray reading the correct size
2. Replace press roller

Of course the other half will be 'unfused'

It is probably sensor after fuser that will be indicated by jam code, call a tech.

You checked jam codes when it first happened but didn't fix?
WHAT CODES?
PARTS REPLACED?
it's not not a matter of checking codes.. analyze the meaning ..take proper steps.. some error codes CANNOT be fixed by just resetting codes ! Must need parts.. you dont reply like a tech...

This is probably due to the lower fuser frame being brocken. If you remove the hot roller on the right side of the lower fuser frame a bit of the plastic can snap and it doesn't hold the bearing on the hot roller in place thus only fusing one side of the paper correctly. If you order the lower fuser frame you will need to carefully remove the wiring and thermostats from the old housing. There is a spring loaded plate that is a bit of a nightmare to put back on if you don't look at how the spring is positioned on the left side of the lower frame. Also there is a black lever next to the left side screw that has to be swapped over and can easily be missed.

or you can just use an aficio 350 heat roller bearing with the ring around it on the side that is broken.
