[Error Code] SC495 on Ricoh pro 906 ex

Hi there...
I'm having error code SC495. The machine keeps on running but the prints are fading. What ment to be black becomes grey...
So probably the tonersupply is clogged. Is there anyone out there who can show me the steps that I should follow to detect and resolve this problem?

SC495:
Cause:
Toner Bottle Unit Error During toner transport from the toner supply cylinder to
the toner hopper, the toner hopper sensor cannot detect
toner even after the toner supply pump switches on for 2s and switches off 10 times
during copying.
Remedy:

Call your friendly Ricoh trained technician and pay them to fix it.

Yeah, toner supply tubes are probably clogged, was the machine moved with the toner still in the tubes?

The problem is detected and fixed with the help of khaled_mohamed :-)

The upper toner container made a weird ratteling sound when moving, so I took it out . Then the machine switched over to the lower bottle.
Now the tonerflow is OK again so problem solved. So I think I have to fix/replace the system that turns the tonercontainer. Any ideas how to fix that?
