    [Error Code] Ricoh 5000B

    Hi, i have Ricoh mp 5000B, my machine is giving problem (Restart now) and then giving code sc878, again off & on, then machine is giving another code, i think this problem from Controller Board, but i wanna do firmware, can some one tell me how to download firmware?

              No i am still searching from internet, and i also talked to my senior technician, he said change Controller Board

                              He is in Saudi so I very much doubt if he has access to any NA service sites. I also doubt if he is authorized therefore does not have access to any MyRicoh sites.

                                          The rest of my comment still applies. TSRC and rfgesource are only available to authorized technicians in North America. Most other parts of the world have MyRicoh which is again only available authorized tech in those regions. If you are an end user, you need to call the Ricoh regional support center for your region and they will sent out a tech. And you will have to pay for the service.
