We have moved PS card from one machine to another with no issues. What I believe the problem to be is another software, like security, was installed to the PS card as they ran out of slots on the machine. Since the PS software cannot be moved to another card other software must be copied to it.

Not being familiar with what files should be for just PS, I myself would not be able to guess what needs deleted from the card without removing the PS files.

I agree, this happened to me recently where i was supplied a second hand card from within our company. I ended up replacing with another and issue was gone.

Looks like deleting the files above will fix it!

I am glad to report that deleting the zoffyx.* files from the card helped solving the problem. The PS function works perfectly now and, moreover, the annoying message is gone. Thanks a lot to all those who helped me, I truly appreciate it.
