    MP301 EXJS firmware updating

I am having a problem with SC899 codes on an MP301, I have updated all firmware except the EXJS, I can't figure out how to do it. Had anyone been able to do this?

Java in that machine is an option, is it installed ? Maybe try removing the fax board and see if the code goes away ?

Based on this question being asked on the TSRC forum you appear to be authorized service. Check the EXJS update procedure searching for the following document on the RFG eSource:

      rfg058702

AFAIK the EXJS (EXtended Java Script) firmware is part of the browser option, so are you sure you aren't just looking to update the Java card? If you have the JavaVM card installed (D656) you update the card using the 10.xx files on the TSRC found under 'Solutions' tab at the bottom of the page. If you or your customer do not have the browser option and are not using any solutions requiring the Java platform I suggest removing it entirely.

Have you updated to the most current print driver? I have had sc899 after updating firmware and resolved it by updating to newest driver.
