            Has anyone messed with the RSI (Ricoh Smart Integration) feature yet?

            It's the newer version of ICE.

            I just set one up with RSI and RCM. Not super painful, but not easy, either.

            The biggest problem is that Sales seems to have no idea how to sell the subscriptions for it.
