i have an issue with the wifi

it only print when i turn it on,after 10 minute or more it doesn't get the order,i have to restart it to take the order,i have updated the firmware also it print just fine with LAN connection

any suggestion?

Maybe theres another device connecting to the ip address? Have you tried pinging the ip with the printer off?

Ad hoc or infrastructure mode? Wifi environment and signal strength checked (with a smartphone and wifi hf analyzer) ?
Eco or energy saver disabled? Wifi channel of repeater/access point changed (not in auto mode)?

If it prints fine over LAN can you simply not use wifi?
