They are available from both TSRC and rfgesource. Of course you need to be an authorized Ricoh branch or dealer in order to login.

Thank you captain obvious. I don't have access to any of that information right now But I will soon . I was just hoping one if you find gentlemen out in copier tech world Would help a brother out. I have access to a ton of resources also just not any for Ricoh Will gladly share Any info I have With anybody that needs it.
