did you run adjusts/inits on items replaced?

    OEM parts/supplies?

    did you re-check all contacts?

post the BC pages for the bias/volts settings...

Why did you replace the transfer unit?

Does the issue only happen in mono?

run the colour test prints in service mode this will help you narrow down the cause.

So you did not like the answers we gave you on your previous thread and thought we would answer a new thread differently? If one of my junior techs had ignored advice and replace an expensive assembly, he would be looking for a new job.

What type of paper you are using?

            i think it's Fusing problem.

Clean the ID sensors/optics and then run ACC.

ITC belt replaced bc it had 460,000 on it. the fusing unit has 751 impressions on it
PCU has 250392 dev the same. the PTR unit has 409571 on it, i just don't think that would do that but ill replace it.
the toner is not OEM toner

OEM usually means after market not Genuine Ricoh.

check the transfer roller unit and the transfer roller stops.
                          I hope it helps you.

If there is a lot of cloged toner on the fusing unit guides, than i think it is F.U.
Because in that case, the toner that went of the page must stay somewhere, not?

Do SP 1103 002 in printer SP mode and show us the printout.

My guess is PTR bracket stuck in one side, 2 sec. fix, just pop it back.
