Print out config page, take note of any extra network settings eg DNS, SMTP, Domain name. Check if there is any ranges entered on the config page under the access control list. If not do a NCS memory clear which resets the network settings.

Could you please point me towards an explanation / process for doing such a thing? Google was unhelpful: ncs memory clear - Google Search
I get the redirect after entering it's hostname, so I know it's something jacked in the web engine.
Both the reports and memory clear are in service mode.
Reports are in mode and memory rest is in process.
Scroll through each mode and find them.
Better yet RTFB.

You will need access to the service mode so maybe not best suggestion.
I would start with a laptop and a cross-over cable set laptop to same range as m/c and test eg ping, printing and web image monitor. If still no luck try to print something using a LPR command from command prompt, if still no good most likely a hardware fault.
If all works fine with the laptop make sure when plugged into Lan that you see a green light on the m/c's network card (if not possible port/switch/vlan problem. Try setting m/c to DHCP and see if the device picks up an IP address. Compare DHCP info to static info.
Just a few ideas that may help otherwise ring for service!
