It's called the Customer engineer tool-engine diagnosis, listed under special/custom firmware.

You can also do input and output checks from the customer engineer tool, although it's a visual representation of the machine and its parts. I found it was not that easy to use correctly (too easy to touch the wrong part of the screen).
