Pro C5100S Replacement Message Won't Clear

Good day all, our machine asked us to replace the cleaning unit for the PCU for the color yellow. We did so and the message still appears, we cleared all PM counters and the problem still persists. Any help is appreciated.

    Two possible problems:
    1. Some models require that a particular door be open when you reset PM counters. You then have to cycle power before closing the door.
    2. The lube bar is installed incorrectly causing the end sensors to be activated. There is a bulletin on this.

Thank you for your response. We had already cleared the counters without knowing the doors had to be open, when we tried to reset it again the option to do so was greyed out. Do you have any pictures of what the lube bar sensors look like?

Look in service manual/bulletin, once fixed see if other units are due for change. did you fit new unit or rebuild, was lube bar replaced?

Also...use SP3-701 (Manual new unit set) and scroll through to the cleaning units to reset them WITH BOTH SIDE DOORS OPEN.
Those counters will be accessible rather than going in via the PM menu.
