SC670 code is a controller error.

You can try unplugging the hdd
try another HDD


You may need to replace the controller board and the ipu as a set.

Download the firmware files from the Ricoh website, but don't use the PACKAGE file... use the individual files instead.)

Try removing the fuser and leaving the transport drawer open, then boot in up. Also unplug finisher, adf and any other options.


What version engine firmware do you have?
