but since, lower the unit of the lens, remove the black plastic cover, and in the ccd there is a small glass, clean it, it was dirty.


This was new info, it is not in the regular cleaning of the optics...

It could also be that the small ADF scanner glass is worn out, the surface of the glass is rough because of multi use and therefore not able to make a clear copy...

Have you seen a car with the damaged engine dripping smoke?

Here all buses are like this

And this machine that I comment, is almost on the street, so the mirrors are filled with soot and, the glass of the ccd etc.

That is the reason to have to uncover this part

Update...

My colleague was sent out to this mfp and has told me that it was just dirty glass on the laser unit...
