I cant tell if the sample is b/w or color but i usually set a machine up to do single colors via service mode and
would try a yellow copy and see if the issues stays or leaves. did u pull the K drum and ck the charge roller.?dirty contact?
As black is usually the 1st to fail,i like to separate a K drum issue from a color drum/ITB unit issue

Can you switch off the machine just for one night to see if the problem remains?
                  What are the counters?

Did you fit a new ITB cleaning unit or a used one?

I have found these ITB units and the spc430 units to run and run.
                      Thats just what i see.
                      I d say K drum might not be 100%

This happens on other models. Check your counters, maybe the it is time to change those PCUs and Transfer belt/blades.
                        Aye! Cut the crap
