The best solution to drum spots is to replace the drum. What are your current PM counters?

Sounds like you have developed a stiction problem. Most likely from using after market toner. In that case you will need to purge the toner supply system, replace the developer, clean all waste toner from the PCU and use only Genuine Ricoh toner and developer. If it does not say Genuine Ricoh on the box, it is not.

For us guys that haven't seen Ricoh in a while please explain "striction". =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It is a condition where the toner would tend to stick to the drum surface and not be removed by the cleaning blade. Common the 50 to 80 models depending on which blade was used.

We see that on a lot of the Toshiba organic photoconductors. In the Toshiba classes they explain that there's a clear coating on the drum that prevents the toner from sticking, but that coating wears off/wears out, then toner starts to adhere. It's usually a ring of teardrop shapes around the drum, that leave a void where image is not developed. Similar? =^..^=

SP 2001-004 is the adjust for grid bias, but this machine does not have a grid plate since it uses a charge roller. Maybe you meant SP2201-004...
Anyway, in the Pro C5100s there is SP2201:

            [Set DC Charge]
Sets DC Bias Charge. However, only enabled when [0:FIXED] is selected in
            SP3-600-001 ProCon Potential Control.
            001 K
            002 C
            003 M
            004 Y
            [300 to 1000 / 550 / 1-V/step]

            and SP2212:

            [Set Dev DC]
Sets Development DC Bias Charge. However, only enabled when [0:FIXED] is
selected in SP3-600-001 ProCon Potential Control.
            001 K
            002 C
            003 M
            004 Y

            [200 to 800 / 450 / 1-V/step]

            Good Luck!

Do not f*** with bias, replace parts that are due with genuine parts.

Incorrect, older models like the B220 used charge rollers and still had SP 2004 settings. In fact I think the the B220 was, released in about 2005 was the last model to have it. It caused more problems than it cured

Can you please print a PM counter list and scan it on here, that will give us a better indication of what is wrong with it.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                  Hit it.

B220 has B051 2160: Charge Corona Assembly, and indeed G070 2156: Charge Corona Grid.

Sorry, typo. It should have been B202 series. Also B190 series.
