    Pro 8100 SC720-39

Good afternoon, I have been reading on the forum the problem of SC720-39.
My machine jumps once a week and that is when they make many stapled prints.
I have greased and cleaned SR-5050 and the code appears every week.
Someone has the same problem and how did you solve it?
    Thanks for your help.

    Bulletin D734-016.pdfFinisher Firmware History.pdf

Check these, one is a possible interlock SW problem, and the other is a hit in the firmware history.

ok, for the moment everything is going well apart from continuous jams in J114.

if i remember this problem correctly........try reducing the number of pages in the prestack. Default is 6
            SP6-225-010.
