mpc3002 jam between F.U. and exit

    Hoi,
Wrinkled paper caused by paper catching behind - always the same - tooth of the exit / duplex junction gate.
Checked junction gate "teeth"for cloged toner = ok // checked the power of the solenoide - because it could be that J.G. solenoide has not enough power to completely revoke = ok (remove little front panel and you can see the solenoide is working) // swapped with good working exit unit = no good // checked PTR and the position of the transfer roller = ok, no broke parts (I even swapped PTR) // ITB = ok // Image on paper is ok (no skew or loss) // replaced Open close duplex enterance guide // client tells me problem came up all of a sudden.
I think the F.U. is causing this... What do you think?

            What's your jam code?
Have you checked the registration guide? Sometimes the mylar gets torn and paper can hit on that and cause a jam down the line.
Static Teeth on PTR bent up?
Fuser guides have toner build up? Warped? Missing the little "white guides" on fuser exit guide? Stripper Plate warped?
Can you swap feed units between 1 and 2 to see if it follows that?

              F.U. Guides are clean.
Forgotten to mention: I have also swapped the F.U. with a referbished one (but it might be that this F.U. is also not so good)....
Registration guides checked, in fact i checked the whole paper path..., clean!
I am somewhat creative in referbishing F.U.'s and it could be that i have been to creative...
Tommorow i will insert a new F.U. and let you know.
              Thanks.

Mark Bbb, you have been around here long enough that you should by now know that it is important to include the jam code.

Replaced F.U. with a new one, no good.
We think it is a registration problem, because the L.E. image has moved to high; copy from Ricoh test chard only shows the 6 mm line at L.E.
I will investigate that and let you know.

                      appendix:
problem is with all the 4 trays.
Registration via SP mode affects the image to move, but not enough

Have you tried adjusting the Buckle with SP 1003-002 for Tray 1 (Plain)? I know you said all 4 Trays exhibit the same problem but its worth a try. Tray 2/3/4 all are adjusted with SP 1003-007 (Plain).
