[Misc] Toner empty message on new or nearly new black toner Lanier LD 525c

Hi,
My Lanier LD 525C gives me toner empty message on the black toner even though it's new or not empty. I simply pull it out and put back in (sometimes tapping the bottle) to fix, but it is very annoying. Happens about every 50 copies.

Also,
There seems to be a lot of toner going into the waste. even with light or average coverage only getting a fraction of the copies suggested on the packaging.

Recently replaced black and cyan PCU's.

Any thought or suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Change SP 3045-001 to 1. If this allows the LD 525C to function until the toner bottle actually is empty then the problem is the RFID board.

Most likely toner supply motor black

A lot of waste toner can be that they print with a high percentage of coverage on pages or exhausted developers. If the toner is old it may be that it is stuck in the pipelines of fall or worse still that fragments of sponge of the gaskets of the bottles go to obstruct. Aspire in the toner fall unit but be careful not to touch the chip reader with the vacuum tube.

i will say if you are using these DO IT WISER toners they cheat you on toner,1/2 of what weight should be inside..
i think there is suppose to be 210 gr of toner inside and shell adds 80 to 100grams...
You dont get 8000 copy yield as stated...

Do you have the right toner installed? Have seen where customers were given wrong toner (toner for the LD625c), and somehow they get it in the machine.

Make sure that there isn't an excessive amount of toner on the bottle chip, and the rfid board.

Have never had anything wrong with toner hoppers or "toner motors" on this series.

More than likely you have a development unit that needs to be replaced. What's the count at on the black Dev. Unit?

you can interchange mpc2050 into a mpc2051,all the same toner wth a small tab nr rfid chip that you snap off.
